What is the return policy?

We offer a 24 hour money back guarantee, provided the service to be returned has not been used extensively, abused or there is no breach of Terms of Service at the moment of the claim.

If I order a server from you, will you help me transfer my website?

Standard migration is not included in the price of the service. We could assist with the migration, for a negotiable amount, depending on how much time and effort the migration would cost us. You could get more information from support.

Is there a dedicated server setup fee?

Operating system installation, addons and server hardware preparation are free. Any additional installations and adjustments at the customer's request are carried out at prices agreed between the supplier and the customer.

How long does it take to setup a dedicated server?

Depending on the complexity of the provision, it takes from 20 minutes to 24 hours. Custom orders that are not currently listed may take longer. Please do not hesitate to discuss this matter with one of our support operators for an exact quote once the order details have been provided!
